Activities

MPI’s main activities are:
1.    3D-Cadmatic Engineering
  • 3D-cadmatic engineering, which is the piping component of the Nupas-Cadmatic system;
  • Directly managed and controlled by experienced engineering teams in the Netherlands over the internet;
  • Materials and sawing lists are automatically generated;
  • Isometrics ready for production.
2.    Purchasing and Job Preparation
  • All production information required will be gathered from the 3D system and organized into production packages;
  • Necessary materials will be supplied by local or foreign companies.
3.    Prefabrication of all Pipe Systems
  • Cutting, bending and fitting of required pipes;
  • Required fitting materials (flanges, reducers, sockets, etc.)
  • TIG and MIG welding;
  • If necessary, pipes will be pressure tested, galvanised or pickled;
  • X-ray tests when applicable.

4.    Module Building

  • Fuel oil booster module;
  • Fuel oil separator module;
  • Nitrogen generator module;
  • Ballast or cooling water module.

 

These modules will be built to include electric cabling and painting. Delivery and testing according  to classification rules.
